The FIELDBOSS team is made up of many hard working talented individuals with interesting stories to tell. In our Employee Spotlight series, you’ll meet some of these people, learn what they do, and how they keep FIELDBOSS exciting and fun.
Jeff Winters is an Application and Infrastructure Consultant for FIELDBOSS. Jeff is originally from Strathroy, Ontario and has worked at FIELDBOSS for a very long time, over 15 years!
When Jeff isn’t busy at work, he can be found at home spending time with his wife and three children. With that being said, Jeff always finds the time to attend our FIELDBOSS happy hours and can be spotted riding around the city on his motorcycle.

What do you love most about working at FIELDBOSS?
The people I work with (both teammates and customers) are great, but the opportunity to make a significant positive contribution to so many great businesses is what I love best.
What is your favourite FIELDBOSS Feature or what aspect of FIELDBOSS do you find our customers love the most?
The Resco mobile client – it is so configurable and flexible, empowering us to make a big difference for our customers.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
That is tough, and I have to say it is three-way tie between Scheveningen, Netherlands (dining by the sea, the cheese, the seafood), the islands of Friesland, Netherlands (bicycling out 10 miles to the beach and then later back into the village for dinner and a glass of wine when the cool Ocean winds picked up), and Granada, Spain (the amazing history and architecture).
If you could have a drink with anyone (fictional, alive, dead, famous, non-famous) who would it be and why?
William Sylvester Harley – he drew up plans for the first Harley motorcycle at the age of 19. I’m sure he’d have a few interesting stories.
