Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Manager

We’re in search of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Manager where the primary responsibility is to lead, assist, and support the onboarding, stabilization, and enhancement of FIELDBOSS clients. The FIELDBOSS Consultant will lead or assist with consulting tasks on presales and implementation of our contractor clients.

Depending on role and experience, they may also assist with support, enhancements, and upgrades of exiting customers. They will self manage tasks with minimal supervision commensurate with their skill and experience level. The employee in this role will work both independently or as a task leader, often balancing multiple deadlines concurrently with a professional and friendly manner.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Manager

– Reporting to the FIELDBOSS Onboarding Team

Job Overview:
FIELDBOSS is an innovative, flexible field service management solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designed for elevator, HVAC, and specialty contractors. The organization is led by a team of Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified Microsoft Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the company’s IT systems.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of IT resources.
  • Implement and manage cloud services, often leveraging Microsoft Azure.

Compliance and Security:

  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement data protection measures and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.

Incident Management:

  • Respond to IT incidents and security breaches.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate and select new technologies and services.3

Qualifications

Educational:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.

Experience:

  • Several years of experience in IT management, security, and compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and services, with an emphasis on Azure.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
