Dynamics 365 Software Developer / Plugin Expert
– Toronto, Ontario
– Full-Time (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
– Reporting to the FIELDBOSS Onboarding Team

Job Overview:
FIELDBOSS is an innovative, flexible field service management solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designed for elevator, HVAC, and specialty contractors. The organization is led by a team of Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified Microsoft Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.

Key Responsibilities
The FIELDBOSS Consultant will assist in the development of future versions of FIELDBOSS

• Develop new application features using C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, AL, and Power FX.
• Maintain and enhance existing FIELDBOSS functionality.
• Develop and enhance custom software utilities used in the FIELDBOSS SDLC.
• Customize and create Business Central code units, pages, tables, queries, and reports.
• FIELDBOSS Customizations for Customers
• Assist with the design and development of unique software features for FIELDBOSS customers.
• Develop reusable customer assets.
• Provide technical assistance for customers when required.
• Perform consulting tasks including product training, data migrations, minor system configurations, post go live support and more.
• Perform consulting tasks as the primary resource to our customers on a project or as an associate consultant to another FIELDBOSS lead consultant.
• Own or assist with internal projects such as product demonstrations, contribute to design and development meetings, provide marketing content assistance, participate in project management meeting updates and more.

Other Technical Tasks

• Assistance with ISV products including as MSCRM AddOns and Resco Mobile development.
• Assistance with existing TIBCO Scribe online integrations.
• Assistance with FIELDBOSS upgrades, support, and documentation.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience with Dynamics 365 development.
• D365/CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom Actions
• JavaScript coding, including Web API for D365 client-side development.
• Creation of advanced Canvas Apps (Power FX)
• Programming in AL
• Code collaboration experience using Azure DevOps.
• Creating and modifying Power Automate flows for Dynamics 365
